GemFlow retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI models, algorithms, and software used to provide the service.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for flawless AI retouching, we do not guarantee that the processed images will meet your specific subjective expectations in every instance. GemFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We highly recommend backing up your original high-resolution assets before relying entirely on our platform's processing or storage.

5. Account & Credits

Purchased credits or subscriptions are tied to your account and are generally non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, credit consumption rates, and subscription limits with prior notice. Accounts engaging in abusive behavior, fraud, or chargebacks may be permanently banned without a refund.
