Refund Policy

1. General Policy

GemFlow operates on a prepaid credit or subscription model. Because our AI processes incur immediate, non-recoverable computational costs, we generally do not offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed to generate retouched images.

2. Unused Credits

If you have purchased a credit package and change your mind, you may request a refund for the unused balance within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the credits in the package have been used. Processing fees may apply.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your Wallet or Account settings. Cancellation prevents any future automated charges. You will retain access to your subscription benefits and credits until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

4. Quality Issues & Disputes

If a specific generation completely fails due to a system error or severe platform glitch (e.g., rendering blank images or crashing), please contact support with the specific image IDs within 7 days. We will review the outputs and, at our sole discretion, refund the credits used for the defective generations back to your account balance.

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please email our support team at support@gemflow.ai with your account email, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
